At Camp Spark, we are deeply committed to financial transparency and stewardship. We operate on a volunteer basis, meaning no members of our leadership, board, or staff take a salary or financial compensation. Every single dollar donated or raised goes directly toward the operation of our camp—covering facilities, essential supplies, activities, meals, and safety gear for the children we serve.
